Present were Mayor John R. Harley,
Councilman Cameron Andrews, Councilman Randall Wright, Councilman Edward Tucker, and Councilman Robert
Smith. Also present, City Administrator Patrick Eidson and City
Attorney Rebecca Tydings.
Mayor Harley entertained motion to
add the following items to the agenda: Proclamation White Cane Month. Motion made by Councilman Tucker to add items to the agenda; seconded by
Councilman Smith. Motion carried.

Design: Bill A Magallano (owner) 219 Scarborough Rd: Councilman
Tucker made motion to table item until the April 20, 2010 Council Work Session. Applicant requested tabling item due to prior engagement and unable to
attend meeting.
Water Line Relocation for
Thomson Rd Project from Houston County: City Administrator Eidson/ Utility Superintendent Brumfield. Motion made by Councilman Tucker to allocate funds from the SPLOST for street
improvements and approve full payment (est. $177,000) to Houston County; seconded by Councilman
Wright. Motion carried.
Meter Change Out Program
Purchase: City Administrator Eidson recognized Utilities Superintendent
Brumfield. Mr. Brumfield stated the funds were budgeted for the 500
meters. This was presented as a point of information to Mayor and
Council.

Audience
Benny Leverette, 410 Davis
Drive: Mr. Leverette is upset due to a
recent court judgment where he was placed on probation. He stated
that he is going to sell his home and take his family out of Centerville. Mr. Leverette stressed to the Mayor and Council that the Police Department
should monitor speeders, illegal drugs and burglaries currently going on in this area.

Councilman Wright reminded
everyone that the city-wide cleanup will be on April 17, 2010, starting at 8 a.m., will be an all day
event.
Mayor Harley stated that the City
of Warner Robins Council met and approved the Willie Lee Parkway extension. In addition, Mayor Shaheen recognized Mayor Harley and Councilman Tucker for
their efforts in the Willie Lee extension.
Mayor Harley adjourned meeting at
7:33pm.
