Special Council Meeting 

April 26, 2010 

4:00PM 

Meeting called to order by Mayor Harley at 4:08pm. 

Present were Mayor John R. Harley, Councilman Cameron Andrews, Councilman Randall Wright, City Administrator Patrick Eidson and City Attorney Rebecca Tydings.  Absent: Councilman Robert Smith (out of town) and Councilman Edward Tucker – out of town on reserve duty. 

Motion made by Councilman Wright to enter into executive session at 4:09pm; seconded by Councilman Andrews.  Motion carried. 

·         Future Acquisition of Real Estate 

·         Pending Litigation 

Meeting reconvened at 4:44pm. 

Resolution and Affidavit:  City Attorney abbreviated reading of the resolution.  Motion made by Councilman Wright to adopt resolution as written; seconded by Councilman Andrews.  Motion carried.  Affidavit executed by Mayor Harley and notarized by City Clerk Bedingfield. 

Meeting adjourned at 4:46pm.
