COVID-19 Updates as of March 26, 2020 at 9:30 am.

  • City Building Closures and Updates:
    • As of April 1, City Offices will be closed on Fridays until further notice. We will continue to do business via phone, email, fax, mail, and online Mondays through Thursdays.
    • All City Buildings will be closed to the general public beginning, March 18, 2020. All buildings will be closed until further notice. This effort is to protect citizens and city employees from the emerging threat of COVID-19. Many offices will still be conducting business via phone, fax, email, etc.

  • City Council Meeting Updates:
    • March 24, 2020 Special Called Council Meeting: The full recording of the Council Meeting can be found here.

  • Centerville Event Updates:
    • For the time being, City events originally planned for March and April will be cancelled. The following events will be affected:
      • March 21 – Farmers Market and Community Yoga
      • March 24 – Citizens Academy Class
      • April 4 – Farmers Market
      • April 14 – Citizens Academy Class
      • April 18 – Farmers Market, Community Yoga, and Touch-a-Truck
      • April 21 – Citizens Academy Graduation
  • Centerville Probation: Due to the threat of COVID-19, all probation in reporting will be conducted via phone on March 19, March 24, March 26, and March 31. Your previously stated probation day is still your same probation day. Call (478) 971-7720 during normal business hours.
